(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Makoto Ichikawa, hereinafter “GAILABO”) launched “XAI service” which visualizes the credit scores calculated by GAILABO’s AI scoring service. XAI service enables clients to visually understand the elements of the credit score for each customer and each element’s level of contributions (plus / minus).
As a result, we have solved the problem that the score calculation logic guided by AI was not easily understandable. This makes it easier for customers using GAILABO’s AI scoring service to recognize certain elements of the credit score and their contribution and enables them to utilize the more transparent AI scoring service.
